Pale Walls

A while back I went to brunch with Catherine and my mentor Katrina.
Having alternating choice in restaurants, I decided to try out 'Secret Location', an upscale and hidden restaurant in Gastown.
Since it was well disguised as a merge between a store and restaurant, the name Secret Location made perfect sense.
(It took a while to find the location)
Looking over the menu we ordered a lobster hash, smoked salmon hollandaise, a vegetarian hash, and cronuts.
As someone who isn't a big fan of donuts, the cronut provided an unexpected change and satisfying dessert.

En route to study for a business quiz, Catherine and I discovered a deserted area where a simple wall stood.
And thus, a shoot was taken place.
Shooting was brief because of the wary civilians giving us looks, and the need to study grew over bearing.

With regards to the first semester of university, I realized I need to learn how to commit and devote more time to myself.
Which is why I purchased succulents to raise in hopes of learning responsibility.
I know it sounds irrational and unorthodox to succumb to this solution, but deep down I know I just wanted an excuse to get the succulents.
On a side note, the fact that they were selling succulents at school didn't provide me another "reason" to enable my succulent obsession.

I know change should occur on New Years, but I rather not wait.
From now, I'll (sometimes) add extra photos at the bottom of my posts to highlight and share anything that's been going on.
It could be photos of what I ate (shocker), more shit I buy (double shocker), or photos of my cat.
Even I myself have no idea where this is headed, but I do know that I want to integrate extra photos into my posts without conflicting the outfit photos.

Morning London!

Remember my trip to London?
Well, here's a spam of pictures of me getting coffee with Justin and Shaunz.
This casual meet up stemmed from Justin instagram-ing the London Tower Bridge, the monument which I visited several hours prior.
Sending a message I was in the area lead from one thing to another, ending with a date being set.

The initial idea was to stroll around in the early hours of the morning, visiting several coffee shops Shaunz had recommended.
(vanilla ice cream with latte anyone?)
From there on we aimlessly wandered around London, checking out any interesting locations to shoot while grabbing multiple cups of coffee along the way.

New Surroundings

These were shot during a late afternoon with Ko, in the relaxation of a local park. I feel extremely lucky to have talented/creative friend who aid me in my endeavours, especially with location scouting. If i'm not hogging two seats on my daily commute to school, I sometimes (ok frequently) stare out of the window and look at all the possible places I could visit for brunch or shoot at. It's relaxing to plan ahead all the things I would love to do, and sometimes I get ahead of myself, but it's amusing to know of the possibilities one discovers everyday.

Till next time lovelies!

Heres some tourist-y pictures for a change.
As expected, the Lourve was crowded regardless of our early morning venture.
So as we waited in line to enter, I decided to snap some shots.

I don't know what possessed me that morning, but realizing I wore jeans in the middle of summer in Europe baffles me.
I also distinctly remember running around Paris looking for a dock where we had dinner reservations.
You could say I had a warped sense of priorities.
The decision was between waking up early to get my outfit together...
Or to sleep in.
I'll leave the verdict to you.

Till next time lovelies!
